Identify and analyze sales trends, operational functions, processes and activities to assist decision makers of the division.  Generate regular reporting to support sales and management, identify and develop new reporting/metrics to meet needs of business.


  • Performs advanced analytics to support data driven decisions that drive actionable insights with leaders in the business.
  • Works with senior managers to identify and solve a variety of business problems
  • Ensure accuracy of reports and identify opportunities to enhance reports/metrics to add value
  • Assists in identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately
  • Assist in preparation of internal and external presentations
  • Assist with the quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting process.
  • Analyzes requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing business systems.
  • Prepare and work with outside sales force on key financial metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager


  • Analytical
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and distribution
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and Access
  • Experience with SAP a plus


  • 1-3 years of relevant business experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, finance or data analytics preferred.
