Warehouse Manager

Manages and supervises the daily activities of the warehouse personnel to ensure that we meet/exceed the established company goals and objectives as they relate to the warehouse operations group.

•  Manages the order fulfillment process, receiving, shipping, packaging, and stocking inventory replenishment.
•  Maintain inventory accuracy
•  Packaging production sequencing to maximize efficiencies
•  Identify and implement process improvements
•  Ensure compliance with all internal / external regulatory and ISO requirements and procedures
•  Maintain good housekeeping practices within the facility
•  Staff Development
•  Special projects, as assigned

•  2-3 years of supervisory experience and successful team building
•  3-5 years shipping and receiving experience
•  Knowledge of transportation rules and regulations
•  Strong analytical, leadership, communication skills
•  Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
•  DOT Certification preferred
•  Lean principals experience desired
•  Excellent written and oral communications skills.
•  Strong computer skills, including SAP, Excel, Access
•  Supervisory and team building skills
•  Analytical, organizational, & troubleshooting skills
•  Decision making, problem solving skills
•  Basic understanding of MRP
