We are looking for a Healthcare Business Development Manager to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities within the Healthcare segment by contacting, developing and harvesting new and existing relationships with customers, and converting them to active customers with multiple locations.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and exceeding sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers at the C suite level, from first contact until you close the new business. You will also ensure proper after-sales service and periodic business reviews are provided.
As a Business Development candidate, you must have demonstrated success selling business services or products to decision makers, operations, and purchasing directors of medium to large healthcare providers. You should excel at networking, finding, and bringing on new clients and be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales quota. You must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and willing to travel within our central and southern Florida markets on a daily basis.
Compensation is a base salary and bonus. Top performers can expect a strong compensation package in the form of a base salary plus bonus with uncapped potential.
