Overview

State Cleaning Solutions, a leader in supplying chemical cleaning solutions to the hospitality and healthcare marketplace is looking for a District Sales Manager in Columbus, Ohio. State Cleaning Solutions supplies programs that help our customers improve results, reduce costs, and improve service. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for market growth, selling warewashing, laundry and housekeeping solutions to customers such as restaurants, hotels and health care.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Work direct and distributor business channels
• Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors
• Prospect and obtain customers to achieve target sales growth
• Recognize sales opportunities and implement sales strategies
• Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (2 years)
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven relationship management, communication and consulting skills
• Effective organizational, planning and time management
• Ability to solve problems and devise solutions for customers
• Self-motivation with drive for results
