Position Summary

 Are you looking for an internship that will allow you to gain valuable professional experience in a corporate environment? State Industrial Products is currently looking for an intern to join our Marketing Organization! This intern will contribute to key marketing initiatives and assist with a number of projects, including lead generation, graphic design and content marketing. The candidate will need to have strong writing skills, experience with MS Office products, including Access & Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with social media and content marketing best practices.

This is a part-time position targeting 20-40 hours per week. We are flexible on the exact start/stop date of the individual that is hired based on their school schedule. All corporate employees are currently working remotely, so this position will be remote until determined otherwise.



  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create product brochures and accompanying marketing materials
  • Create content for internal email campaigns and social media posts
  • Generate and send a monthly list of leads to aid the sales force
  • Coordinate monthly meeting content and create engaging presentations
  • Meet deadlines to keep major projects on track
  • Other related tasks as needed



  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing and excited to work in a collaborative team setting
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft platforms including Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in the use of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop


  • Partial or completed Bachelor degree in business, marketing management, communications, graphic design, digital design, media studies, etc.
