As a member of our inside sales team, you will offer one-on-one, business-to-business phone sales service and support to our customers nationwide. With our expertise and quality product line, we help customers decide which Neutron products and solutions will deliver the most effective and cost efficient products for their business. We go beyond providing a great product; we are our customers cleaning solution source!

Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound sales calls.
  • Deliver company value proposition via phone and e-mail on a daily basis.
  • Focus on reactivating inactive customers and recruiting new customers.
  • Manage retention and growth of assigned accounts utilizing company initiatives, programs, and resources.
  • Provide value in every aspect of the customer experience.
  • Place, monitor, and ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
  • Maintain CRM system for each customer contact and activity.
  • Manage, develop, and grow assigned accounts through regular contact.
  • Complete targeted sales campaigns assigned by management.
  • Secure profitable business opportunities.

Qualifications

Skills:

 

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Assertive, confident and energetic personality
  • Self-starter/self-motivated, detail oriented, and strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • MS Office application experience

Experience Requirements:

 

  • 1-2 years preferred, direct customer service selling experience from an inside/phone perspective
  • Call center and sales background a plus

Education & Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a pre-employment nicotine screening. Company follows a non-smoking policy.

Work Schedule:

 

  • M-F; 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • No nights, weekends or travel
