  • Overview

    Provide world-class customer service in order to exceed corporate Customer Service standards.


    •  Process inbound phone calls
    •  Communication to internal associates (Sales Managers, Account Managers, other office and plant co-workers) and customers
    •  Entry and management of sales orders and new customer account information
    •  Possess research and problem solving skills for customer-related, order processing and billing incidents
    •  Special projects, as required


    •  College (preferred) or equivalent work experience
    •  1-3 years in a customer service, call center or retail environment
    •  Problem-solving and decision-making skills
    •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
    •  Excellent customer service skills
    •  Possess ability to comprehend products and apply related knowledge to internal and external customers
    •  SAP and other peripheral systems experience a plus
