  • Overview

    Manage and monitor system batch job management while maintaining overall systems integrity, stability and operational uptime. Additional duties include providing end-user information systems support to all corporate employees and field associates.

    Responsibilities


    • Manage and monitor corporate application operational jobs for optimal performance (SAP, SQL, Other system/scheduling tools) and maintaining documentation for our corporate operational jobs

    • Monitor operational jobs for application, network and infrastructure services (Office 365, VM host and file level backup, antivirus and others)

    • Provide recommendations for services that are not meeting performance goals and objectives

    • Perform SAP application support including analysis, documentation, system management (jobs, errors, security) and troubleshooting

    • Install, configure and maintain network & infrastructure components supporting location facility

    • Provide responsive, high-quality end-user information systems support (on-site and phone) as needed

    • Special projects, as assigned

    Qualifications


    • Good understanding of related software systems interconnectivity and interdependency

    • Ability to comprehend business problems and needs, and understand their interrelationships with systems in order to recommend, design and implement appropriate effective, scalable solutions

    • Working knowledge of personal computers and the office 365 application stack

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills to provide optimal customer satisfaction

    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities

    • Ability to learn new applications and technologies


    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



    • 3+ years supporting operational technologies (SAP, SQL, back-up solutions, antivirus platform administration, others)

    • Resolve issues prior to business hours including responding to issues outside of normal working hours

    • Demonstrated appropriate working knowledge of corporate systems

    • Demonstrated successful task management experience

    • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and solve complex business and technical issues


    PRE HIRE TRAINING REQUIRED



    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 5 years of equivalent enterprise information technology work experience
