  • Overview

    The Director, Network Services role is to plan, organize, develop, and lead staff for corporate network, infrastructure, and operations to ensure stability and growth of the organization's IT Technical environment. This includes architecting, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas including network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, telecommunications systems, and computing devices.


    • Demonstrated hands on experience with network administration, networking systems, operating systems, VoIP, databases, backup solutions, mobile devices, and Personal Computer (PC) hardware/ software required
    • Direct responsibility for the full project lifecycle of environment projects is critical (ie. the ability to plan, deploy, and support an environment, especially a Windows Server based environment, is necessary)
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in developing others and designing infrastructure to strengthen the organization
    • Experience with coordinating internal and external auditing efforts in order to meet compliance requirements for network security related procedures, software audits, etc.
    • Must be service-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to be on-call on as needed and be available to travel to corporate locations as needed


    • Cisco CCIE certification
    • ITIL certification
    • PMP Certified
    • SAP experience
    • Office 365



    • 12+ years hands on experience with Cisco Routing and Switching, Hyper-V, ShoreTel VoIP, McAfee, Microsoft Server, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL with 5+ years IT Management experience
    • Expert-level understanding of network architecture and solutions, with a focus on Cisco solutions
    • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting networks in enterprise-level organizations
    • Expertise with a breadth of network technologies, including routers, firewalls, wireless solutions, multicast solutions, WAN technologies, etc.
    • Ability to maintain current working knowledge of related hardware, software, solutions, and processes
    • Ability to function as the highest point of escalation for network, infrastructure or operational related issues
    • Possess vast knowledge of IT industry concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Vendor management including but not limited to outsourced system providers and consultants


    Experience Required

    • College degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
