Responsible for leading and managing a regional sales team that supports our field engineering and business development activities including water treatment, waste water, large area air-care, large equipment installations along with GSA sales to the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration and other federal agencies.


•  Establish and achieve the goals & objectives for the Field Sales Operations functions including Service Technicians, ensuring that they are in line with the overall corporate objectives.
•  Coordinate daily and long term projects to meet  business objectives.
•  Work with marketing and sales management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the Team.
•  Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives
•  Identifies deficiencies in skills among employees managed, and works to improve individuals’ capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
•  Recruit, hire and develop individuals, as needed.
•  Special projects, as assigned.


•  10 years engineering management or operational management experience
•  Proven team & personnel development
•  Proven bottom line results impact
•  Process improvement/process engineering/project engineering experience.
•  Direct experience in water treatment, sewer/drain treatment or industrial odor control preferred
•  Military sales experience preferred
•  Excellent written and oral communications skills.

•  Analytical, organizational, & troubleshooting skills.
•  Strong computer skills
•  Command of project management techniques
•  Understanding and execution of financial analyses & business change recommendations
