State Cleaning Solutions, a leader in supplying chemical cleaning solutions to the hospitality and healthcare marketplace is looking for a Sales Account Executive. State Cleaning Solutions supplies programs that help our customers improve results, reduce costs, and improve service. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for market growth, selling warewashing, laundry and housekeeping solutions to customers such as restaurants, hotels and health care.



  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales target
  • Work direct and distributor business channels
  • Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors
  • Prospect and obtain customers to achieve target sales growth
  • Recognize sales opportunities and implement sales strategies
  • Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process




  • Completed High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven relationship management, communication and consulting skills
  • Effective organizational, planning and time management
  • Ability to solve problems and devise solutions for customers
  • Self-motivation with drive for results


The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in an industry that employs route sales/service representatives (e.g. chemical, uniform, food service, etc.).
