Overview

Provide world-class service to our guests and internal associates in order to exceed corporate Customer Service expectations.

Responsibilities

•  Greet and coordinate reception of visitors to SIP and other 3rd floor tenants
•  General Administration for: 
       *  Customer Account Management
       *  Customer and Sales Service – SCS and SC-US
       *  Corporate Accounts
•  Process inbound operator phone calls (approx 30 per day)

Qualifications

•  1-3 years in a customer-facing or similar environment
•  SAP and other peripheral systems proficiency
•  MS Office proficiency
•  Problem-solving and decision-making skills
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Excellent customer service skills
•  Excellent attention to detail
