Overview

Provide world-class customer service in order to exceed corporate customer expectations.  In addition to duties as a Customer Experience Agent, assist in the development of bids, contract management related activities and implementation and ongoing support of all higher level customers (typically larger corporate and government) accounts that require supplemental, non-standard support for State Industrial Products. Typical support includes program implementations for pricing and reporting and any other ongoing support that is needed to effectively support these key customers.

Responsibilities

Assist the Corporate Accounts Coordinator in the following areas:


• Bid review, completion and submittal to respective customers and prospects
• Analysis of potential accounts and coordination of lead (Gold Mining) development
• Effective corporate account reporting and support through detailed account setup, information gathering and reporting. Includes advice to management of threats or opportunities
• Direct liaison with corporate account customers to organize and fulfill operational billing, reporting, and order processing requirements set forth by customer
• Implementation and control of Distributor Pricing and Fulfillment programs
• Implementation and ongoing management of pricing and commission data
• Special project participation as required

Qualifications

• Customer Service acumen with an ability to understand complex customer organization along with an understanding of fundamental database skills and reporting knowledge
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Related understanding of the business to effectively support the special need of the “corporate” customer base
• Related pricing competency for evaluation and implementation
• SAP and peripheral reporting systems proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Report design and development skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
