Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the search engine marketing and the marketing automation platform, executing digital marketing campaigns and activities, marketing analytics and reporting. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work as part of the Marketing team to create and guide the digital marketing efforts as it relates to the overall strategy of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Leads email marketing execution from concept to delivery
  • Manages marketing journeys for automated email campaigns
  • Collaborates with Marketing team to develop optimized content and messaging
  • Creates and edits email templates and landing pages (HTML) which adhere to html best practices
  • Leads the execution of SEM/SEO strategies (Google AdWords)
  • Develops consistent brand experience across digital platforms
  • Communicates campaign results, both written and verbal, to Marketing team and stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Creates email reporting dashboards analyzing campaign performance in order to provide performance transparency to Marketing team and stakeholders and drive actionable recommendations
  • Drives adoption of best practices across all marketing platforms and initiatives

  • Ability to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills and excellent presentation, research and project coordination skills
  • Self-motivated, with ability to multi-task
  • High attention to detail and strong proof-reading skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or Data Analytics
  • Three to five years of demonstrable, relevant experience
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Tableau and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient with Power Point, Word, Excel and Access. SAP and tablet skills desirable
