Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the search engine marketing and the marketing automation platform, executing digital marketing campaigns and activities, and marketing analytics and reporting. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work as part of the Marketing team to create and guide the digital marketing efforts as it relates to the overall strategy of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Leads email marketing execution from concept to delivery
  • Manages marketing journeys for automated email campaigns
  • Collaborates with Marketing team to develop optimized content and messaging
  • Creates and edits email templates and landing pages (HTML) which adhere to html best practices
  • Leads the execution of SEM/SEO strategies (Google AdWords)
  • Leads the execution of social media strategies
  • Develops consistent brand experience across digital platforms
  • Communicates campaign results, both written and verbal, to Marketing team and stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Creates email reporting dashboards analyzing campaign performance in order to provide performance transparency to Marketing team and stakeholders and drive actionable recommendations
  • Drives adoption of best practices across all marketing platforms and initiatives
  • Completes other projects as assigned from time to time

SKILLS

 

* Proficient in marketing automation platforms such as Pardot

 

* Proficient in Google Adwords

 

* Proficient in Google Analytics

 

* Able to develop & implement project plans

 

* Able to demonstrate effective selling in the field environment

 

* Proficient with Power Point, Word, Excel and Access. SAP skills desirable. Tablet skills desirable

 

* Able to travel up to 20% per month

 

* Effective business writing skills

 

* Effective oral communication & presentation skills

 

* Able to contribute audio and video talent

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or Data Analytics
  • Two to five years of demonstrable, relevant experience
  • Prefer experience with B2B internet and social media leverage
