Responsible for providing world-class customer service by organizing and managing the daily work flow within the sales service operating area to meet and exceed corporate customer service standards.


• Hire, train, coach, develop and evaluate staff
• Manage the daily work flow of inputs (calls, emails, PO’s, blocked/interrupted orders, etc.)
• Effectively delegate work to staff as volume dictates
• Respond, react and handle escalated calls
• Adherence to stated service levels with regard to log in time, and quality of calls taken
• Facilitate team meetings with staff and peers on a regular basis in order to plan and to share information
• Serve as backup to Contract Management Coordinator as needed
• Participate in special projects as needed


• College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years in a complex customer service or retail environment.
• 1-year supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstration of proven leadership abilities
• Possess superior Customer Service acumen
• Display proven leadership abilities and management skills
• Lead team by setting example with regard to work effort and knowledge of environment
• Demonstrate Business process, systems and product proficiencies
• Possess exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAP
• Participate in ongoing service and product training
