We are currently hiring full-time Customer Acquisition Specialists to help accomplish this goal.

Job Description:

 

Neutron is looking for results driven, well spoken representatives to help expand our team at our corporate headquarters, located in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The ideal candidate will perform necessary sales and prospective customer assistance functions to market and sell Neutron products via the telephone and over the web to first time purchasers.

 

The Customer Acquisition Specialist is an entry-level outbound telephone sales position with a competitive compensation package including wages, uncapped commission and bonus. This is a direct hire opportunity for ambitious individuals who are looking to advance their career within a company.

Responsibilities

Proactively make outbound sales calls from supplied lead source and convert them into new customers.

  • Work with multiple functional teams to identify programs and solutions that match customer needs.
  • Insure proper package and product solutions are recommended during the new customer generation process to meet acceptable customer satisfaction levels. This is accomplished by identification of new customers needs using question-based selling techniques and offering solutions that best suit the customer for a first time sale.  
  • Adhering to add-on presentations for every sale to establish a foundation that can be built upon as the new customer account is turned over to a Product Sales Specialist.
  • Use CRM Call Account Management for activity logging, customer notes, and selling of accounts.
  • Adherence to stated service levels and calling activity.
  • Full knowledge of new customer introductory product/package offerings to include features and benefits and the understanding of industry/customer needs to quickly identify the product presentation to be used. To aid in this you are expected to attend all Neutron University Training Classes as scheduled for you.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • 1-2 years of direct customer selling experience from an inside/phone perspective
  • Two or four-years college degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required
